Abstracts:
The task of detection of upper kinematical boundary of carrying capacity of complex reinforced metal-composite flat and deformed disks of constant and variable thickness in creep conditions is formulated and solved with linear programming method. It is shown that the structure with radial-circle placing of bars makes maximal angular speed of disc rotation, the disc deformation leads to abrupt reduction of its carrying capacity, maximum allowed speed of disc rotation working in creep conditions is several times less than the maximum allowed speed defined with short-term strength criterion
