The rectilinear semi-infinite crack in a homogeneous elastic body is considered. The rigid rectilinear overlay is attached to the top shore on the final interval adjoining top of a crack. Crack edges are free from pressures. The body is stretched by the set longitudinal stress on infinity. The external forces having the set main vector and the moment influence on the overlay. The angle of an overlay rotation and the complex potentials describing a body’s tension are calculated by the Riman surfaces method, the body’s tension near to the top of a crack and the second end of an overlay is investigated. Numerous numerical examples are given.
