The mechanics of the processes of elastoplastic deformation of continuous mediums and materials has been created at the turn of 50th years of ХХ century in the works of the outstanding scientist-mechanic, member-correspondent of the academy of Sciences of the USSR and the Russian Academy of Sciences, head of the department of elasticity, of Moscow State University, professor Alexey Antonovich Ilyushin and developed in the works of the pupils of his school of thought in 90-s and the follouing years.
