Abstracts:
A mathematical description and calculation of cracking in a circular disc on the boundary conditions given the first fundamental problem are given. It is assumed that in material of circular disc is located a stress concentrator (zone of weakened interparticle bonds of the material). The criterion of crack initiation in the circular disc is formulated.
