Abstracts:
The article presents the recollections of V.G. Zubchaninov regarding the development of his scientific career under the guidance of prominent Soviet scholars — L. A. Tolokonnikov, N. N. Moiseev, I. I. Vorovich, and A. A. Ilyushin. Special attention is given to the formation of scientific schools, the advancement of the theory of elastoplastic stability, and the personal influence of mentors. The paper addresses issues of scientific and pedagogical continuity and the contribution of these scholars to the development of solid mechanics in Russia.
