 Integral characteristic — the density of potential energy of bending plate allowing to estimate the ice-breaking capacity of flexural-gravity waves at the movement of air-cushion vehicle on snow-covered ice is consider. Based on the calculations it was found that the density of potential energy of bending ice plate is significantly reduced in the presence of snow cover.
