Abstracts:
Considered limit state of the inhomogeneous pipes under internal pressure. The material is assumed heterogeneous, and possess the properties of anisotropy in the plastic region. The heterogeneity of the material is that pre-turnover depend on the coordinates, and it is constant along concentric circles. Defined limit state of the pipe in the first approximation.
