Abstracts:

To reduce material and time costs for the development and implementation of the technology for the manufacture of double-curvature sheets using the process of stretch-forming sheet workpieces, mathematical models and methods have been developed that allow digital modeling of the forming process and its correction at the early stage of technology development. When developing the technology for manufacturing the door edging on the SSJ-NEW aircraft, new approaches to modeling the forming process were used, which made it possible to determine the most optimal strategy for binding a large-sized workpiece at the limit of the kinematic capabilities of the FET-1500 press. The developed technology allows, within the framework of a computational experiment, to carry out working iterations with the transition to real binding in optimal technological parameters.
