Vestnik Chuvashskogo Gosudarstvennogo Pedagogicheskogo Universiteta im. I. Ya. Yakovleva. Seriya: Mekhanika Predel'nogo Sostoyaniya (Mechanics of Limit State) is a fully open access journal and does not operate an author-pays (Article Processing Charge, APC) model. In particular, there are no:

• submission fees;
• peer-review fees;
• editorial processing or publication charges;
• page charges or colour-figure charges.

All published articles are openly available: reading, downloading and distribution are free for readers. No royalties are paid to authors for publication.

Printed copies of issues may be ordered from the editorial office at the cost of production and delivery; the price is provided on request. This is not a condition of publication and does not affect the acceptance decision.
