The precise analytical solution of a boundary value problem of a bend of a thin plate in the form of a semi-strip which longitudinal parties are free is for the first time constructed, and at an end face the moment of deflection and the generalized transversal force are set. It is represented in ranks on Fadle – Papkovich functions. Required coefficients of ranks are by means of systems of functions, biorthogonal to Fadle – Papkovich functions.
