In the paper the general description of plane deformation of media with structure is considered. It is shown that it is more convenient to use the vector of internal forces instead stress tensor. The modeling of medium structure is carried out on the basis of methods of nonArchimedean analysis. The space, coordinate axes of which are non-Archimedean straight lines is introduced. The closed model of mining rock with two scale levels is designed. The numerical solution of the problem about deformation of rock massive near horizontal opening is obtained.
