In this work by a method [3] a tension definition in a compound elasto-plastic design consisting of a thick plate, weakened by an elliptic aperture, in which an elliptic inclusion is molded with a tightness is carried out. Plate and inclusion material are described by a correlation of Ishlinsky - Pragera [2, 4].
