Abstracts:

The article describes the deformation of a thin elastic-porous plate lying on an elastic foundation. The task is divided into two consecutive tasks: the bending of a plate on an elastic foundation and fluid filtration through porous medium. To solve the first problem we use the technique of almost-periodic functions, to the second numerical method of boundary elements.
