Abstracts:
On the basis of a principle of a uniform strength the problem of definition of an optimum form of cross-section of the elastic inclusions (fibers), provided decrease in concentration of tension in a bent plate is solved. The found form of cross-section of fibers provides increase of bearing ability of a composite plate.
