| Abstracts: | The paper considers the uniform stretching of a thin plate weakened by an elliptical hole from an anisotropic elastoplastic material under the condition of tear resistance. When solving the problem, the relations obtained in [1], [2] are used. The anisotropy properties are introduced according to Hill’s ideas [3]. By the method of a small parameter, the stress components and the boundary separating the plastic and elastic zones are determined.
