Abstracts:

The paper deals with the elastoplastic state of a multilayer thin plate with an elliptical hole. The plate is subjected to uniform stretching. Material The plate layers are different and have different anisotropy properties and resistance to tearing. In the work determined the dressed state of the plate and The boundary between the elastic and plastic regions is found.
