Abstracts:
The paper presents the development of the small parameter method for determining the stress state of a three-layer anisotropic cylindrical rod of non-circular cross section under elasticplastic torsion. The two outer layers are in the plastic state, the inner layer is in the elastoplastic state. The case of plastic anisotropy is considered, which takes into account both anisotropy according to Hill and translational anisotropy. Each layer has its own anisotropy parameters. In the first approximation, the stresses in the plastic regions, the displacement and stresses in the elastic region of the inner layer, and the elastoplastic boundary are determined.
