Title:Mathematical modeling of the problem of uniform compression of a hardening elastic-plastic tube under radial temperature change
Keywords:hardening, stress state, radial displacement, elasticity, plasticity, compressibility by elastic strain, temperature.
Abstracts:The article proposes a method for solving the problem of symmetric deformation of a hardening elastic-plastic tube under temperature change in the radial direction. The mathematical model is constructed, and the relations of stress tensor components, radial displacement and radius of the elastic-plastic boundary are obtained. The results presented in this paper coincide with the previously obtained relations under certain conditions. When constructing the mathematical model, it was taken into account that the yield strength is given as a function of temperature, and the other material constants: modulus of elasticity, coefficient of thermal expansion and Poisson’s ratio are assumed to be independent of temperature
