The author describes the deformation of a thin elastic-porous plate lying on an elastic foundation, connection of the filtration coefficient of the medium with the first invariant of the stress tensor, examines the change in the coefficient of filter plate with clean cylindrical bending, depending on the fastening of the longitudinal edges.
