Abstracts:
Considered is limit state of the inhomogeneous pipe under internal pressure. The material is assumed heterogeneous, and possess the properties of anisotropy in the plastic region. The heterogenity of the material is that pre-turnover depends on the coordinates, and it is constant along concentric circles. Defined is limit state of the pipe in the first approximation.
