Abstracts:
The torsion of inhomogeneous rods made of an ideal rigid-plastic material is investigated. Integrals determining the stress and strain States of a cylindrical rod under a linearized plasticity condition are obtained. The field of characteristics of the basic relations is constructed, lines of a rupture of stresses are found.
