Submitting a manuscript
Manuscripts are accepted by e-mail at predel21@mail.ru. Please prepare your paper according to the Guidelines for Authors and include the article in both source (TeX) and PDF formats together with the metadata in Russian and English (title, author names and affiliations, abstract, keywords). Questions about a submission can be addressed to the Deputy Executive Editor, S. V. Tikhonov (strangcheb@mail.ru). All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. There are no submission, processing or publication charges.
