Представлено обобщение модели для учёта реономных эффектов зависимости циклической долговечности от частоты нагружения и выдержек при максимальном напряжении в цикле. Определены материальные константы для двухфазного титанового сплава ВТ6 (аналог Ti-6Al-4V), проявляющего холодную ползучесть и чувствительность усталостных свойств к временным характеристикам циклического нагружения при комнатной температуре. Использованы новые данные усталостных испытаний с различными частотами и выдержками в циклах. Показано, что модель корректно описывает эти данные и позволяет прогнозировать усталостную долговечность в более широком диапазоне условий. Выполнён расчёт долговечности детали газотурбинного двигателя на полётных циклах с выдержками при максимальных и промежуточных значениях напряжения, показавший существенную неконсервативность расчёта методом схематизации программы нагружения в рамках гипотезы линейного суммирования повреждённости.
